Understanding		Every project starts with a solid understanding of your needs. This can only happen through repeated discussions and collaboration.

Needs Analysis		Once we know what your processes are, what's working well, and what needs improvement, we determine what the current scope of work is.

Requirements Analysis		We then develop a formal requirements analysis for the project. You will know exactly what you will be receiving.

Quote		Since we know the work we will be doing, we will deliver a Quote. You will know exactly how much you will be paying, what you will be receiving, and when you will be receiving. There will be no cost or schedule overruns from what it Quoted.1

Development		We will use the best practices to develop the systems, keeping you informed and involved every step of the way. You will have visibility into our process and our progress.

Testing		We test your system, using both automated and manual procedures. We will develop and execute unit and system tests in keeping with the best practices in the industry, and meeting the degree of rigour that you are comfortable with

Deployment		We will work with you to ensure that the deployment happens as smoothly as possible and on a schedule that causes as small an interruption as possible.

Training		We will work with you to develop and deliver training that is appropriate for your users. This can be conducted in person, through a webinar, or in any other format that you deem appropriate.

Documentation		We will develop and update documentation for the system so that you have a ready reference that explains what the system does and how it does it. This will be maintained in the format that you find most suitable.

Support		We offer full support for any work that we do. Feel free to contact us via phone or e-mail so that we can resolve any question or issue with the system.

If your requirements change or if there are other factors that are mentioned in the Quote then there may be changes. We will ensure that you are informed of and involved with the progress the project so that there are no surprises.
